Hey y’all! My name is Leila, I am a pre-med sophomore majoring in Neuroscience with a minor in Clinical Psychology. Although I go to the UofR for STEM, I am also very interested in the arts and have played jazz trombone for eight years ^_^!
I am an advocate for marginalized people of all types—including queer, low-income, BIPOC, disabled, religious minorities, and more—and strive to help us gain access to resources and opportunities that can lead to a prosperous future for all, despite our hardships.
