Hello everyone! My name is Ellie, i am a senior majoring in Chemistry with a minor in Chemical Engineering. I plan to work in Food Science, and R&D Product Development, and i’ve worked for company’s like Rich Products and Jack Links!

I am a proud O4U alumni, and do my best to bring resources to the UR campus and burgee academic growth in the queer community. If you ever want someone to help with interviews, internships, or if you just need someone to talk to or hang out with, please reach out!

Hi queers! My name is Kevin, I am a senior studying Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Gender, Sexuality, and Women’s Studies (hence the newsletter’s concluding queer highlights). I'm a first-gen, Hispanic student from Dallas, TX so obviously I feel right at home in Rochester.

Hey y’all! My name is Leila, I am a pre-med sophomore majoring in Neuroscience with a minor in Clinical Psychology. Although I go to the UofR for STEM, I am also very interested in the arts and have played jazz trombone for eight years ^_^!

I am an advocate for marginalized people of all types—including queer, low-income, BIPOC, disabled, religious minorities, and more—and strive to help us gain access to resources and opportunities that can lead to a prosperous future for all, despite our hardships. Feel free to contact me about anything such as available resources, classes, or even cats and video games! Especially my cats.
