Women's Ultimate Frisbee

EZ Does It

About Us

The Rochester EZ's are a bunch of good looking goofballs who love playing ultimate. Led by solid instincts and raw athleticism, the EZs are a young team with a lot of depth and speed. Look out Western New York, look out America, because EZ does it. The Women's Ultimate Frisbee for the University of Rochester does not discriminate against any individual or organization of individuals on the basis of age, color, disability, domestic violence status, ethnicity, gender identity or expression, genetic information, marital status, military/veteran status, national origin, race religion/creed, sex, sexual orientation or any other status protected by law.

Join us for Practice!

We're always happy to meet new players! We practice Tuesday and Thursday nights. Reach out to an officer if you'd like to join!

Most people who join Ultimate have never played before, so don't worry if you aren't a frisbee star yet! You don't even need to know how to throw to join.

Mission Statement

The Women's Ultimate Frisbee Club of the University of Rochester will develop their ultimate

frisbee skills as a team and will teach others about the sport. This organization will

function as an intercollegiate ultimate frisbee team representing the University of Rochester,

therefore promoting school spirit both on campus and at other schools. Also since ultimate

frisbee requires running, jumping, disc throwing skills, timing, and coordination, it promotes

athleticism. Most importantly ultimate frisbee, at all levels of play, from intramural to world

championships, never has referees, but instead requires all players to uphold "Spirit of the

Game" as written by the USA Ultimate (USAU) in the Rules of Ultimate.

This requires all ultimate frisbee players to uphold the highest levels of good sportsmanship and

respect for one another, both on and off the field. Therefore the Women's Ultimate Frisbee Club

will also teach and spread school spirit, athleticism, and respect for others.
