About Us
UR Makers is an interdisciplinary group focused bringing together engineering and the arts in a variety of fun and educational projects. Weekly meetings are held on Tuesdays, 6-8 pm, in the Rettner Hall 1st Floor Fabrication Studio.
UR Makers is an interdisciplinary group focused bringing together engineering and the arts in a variety of fun and educational projects. Weekly meetings are held on Tuesdays, 6-8 pm, in the Rettner Hall 1st Floor Fabrication Studio.
Our club has a large emphasis on creation. By joining UR Makers, you're able to interact with other students that have unique talents in different sectors of 'making.' We provide access to the Rettner Maker Studio and all the tools it has to offer, plus workshops on different forms of making. UR Makers covers anything from 3D printing to breadboarding, and from wood-working to metal-work. We welcome those with all levels of experience, and if you know absolutely nothing about making, we're the place to learn!
