Exit, Perused By a Bear, Spring 2026
We are excited to announce that our Spring 2026 show will be Exit, Pursued By A Bear directed by Lee Fay ('27).
What is the show about?
Nan has finally gathered the courage to leave her piece-of-shit, abusive husband Kyle. On her way out the door she decides to teach him a lesson and show all of the strife he has caused her with help of her friend Sweetheart (AKA Peaches), a stripper who strips to support her first love of theater. Their plan? To act out all of the events in Nan and Kyle’s relationship that has led Nan to this point, ending with the plan of leaving Kyle covered in honey and meat to be eaten/mauled by a bear. With the help of her long-time best friend and literal cheerleader Simon, Nan finally takes her life into her own hands, freeing herself and Kyle from the shackles of their complicated past.
