Mission
The Anime Interest Floor (AIF) aims to promote and develop an interest in and enjoyment of anime and manga at the University of Rochester. We are a community that shares personal experiences and reflects on Anime and manga that we watch/read for fun. We create a fun environment that is all inclusive. AIF is on the 7th floor of Anderson and is home to a manga library with over 1000+ titles, a casual showing room, and a fun arts and crafts closet. In addition to being a special interest house, AIF hosts movie and series showings open to the whole community on Saturday nights from 6pm-8pm in Morey 321. We hope to see you there!

CIF is an interesting group of people whose interests and activities are as diverse as our members. While we go back to 1982, we’re just as dedicated to the university community as when we were providing some of the few computing resources on campus.

CIF provides several services to the University of Rochester and the community at large, including free 24-hour technical support, web hosting, Unix accounts, and a computer lab available to all University students with Windows, Mac, and Linux machines. Mission
Drama House’s goal is to create and promote a vibrant, educational, and student driven
performing arts community on campus. Our members endeavor to do this by producing original
workshops and lectures, providing a financially feasible rehearsal and performance space for
student events, and building a home for artistically minded students to collaborate.
Since its inception in 1971, Drama House has stood for our principles of creativity, artistic
collaboration, and gender and sexuality inclusion. Regardless of academic pursuit, many of its
members remain passionately dedicated to theatre. They also posses a broad array of interests
including music, film, dance, literature, and fine arts. Drama House produces and hosts events
which focus on encouraging a strong campus and local theatre community. When not in use for
our own events, the space is made available to other groups who share our mission, many of
which our residents are proudly part of.

GreenSpace is the special interest housing organization whose mission is for students to live together, learn from one another, and promote environmentally conscious college lifestyles. Leading by example, we encourage each other and UR students to prioritize environmentally friendly actions on a daily basis. We serve as a hub for student leaders involved in any branch of campus life who aspire to decrease their environmental impact.

GreenSpace is located in Burton Hall, which is close to the tunnels, Wilson Commons, and the mail center, making it a convenient place to live. As a member, you help direct what GreenSpace does at its meetings and what projects it undertakes.

Mission
The Music Interest Floor (MIF) is a vibrant community of students with a common purpose. MIF is dedicated to the promotion of musical life in the University of Rochester community.

Membership Benefits
Members will have the option of either living on floor on Wilder 9 or participating as an off-floor member. Memberships benefits include access to the practice room on Wilder 10 and the various instruments and equipment we maintain there, and the strong sense of community and musical involvement our organization focuses on.

Our members have varied musical interests. Some listen to music but do not sing or play; many perform in campus ensembles; still others compose or pursue music academically. Anyone who wants to join a tight-knit community and promote music is welcome!

The Residential Hall Association is a student-led establishment focused exclusively on dorm life here at the University of Rochester. If organizations such as Student Government and SA deal more with the public sector, we tend to handle the domestic side of things. Our goals come down to three main principles: to advocate, celebrate, and invigorate the quality of life for those living on campus. We are here to improve living conditions, create leadership opportunities, and help establish a sense of belonging.
