The D'Lions Organization is designed to, along with a first-year team, assist incoming students with their transition to campus life. Additionally, D'Lions promote campus spirit, and participate in community service throughout the Rochester area.
Helping first-year students become acclimated to campus life is a rewarding experience. Additionally, you will gain leadership experience, meet new people, and have a guaranteed single room in a first-year residence hall.
We host D'Lions-only social events such as BBQ's, assassins, and sledding in addition to the programs hosted for residents.

The purpose of the D'Lion Organization shall be:
1. To promote community spirit within the residence halls and throughout the University.
2. To work cooperatively toward the goals set by the residence halls and staff.
3. To help incoming first-year students with their transition to campus life.
4. To help and show support for other campus groups as a service organization.
5. To recognize and respond to the needs of the residents and the community.
6. To obey and abide by the constraints placed on them by the University Residential Life & Housing Services.
