Dear Simon Students,
Whether this is your first semester, or you're returning for your second year, it is my absolute pleasure to welcome you to the Simon Business School. Our faculty, staff and student leaders have been busy planning for a reimagined fall semester so you get the most out of your business school experience both academically and in the extracurricular parts of our program. You will be challenged, but this will also be life-changing. You will be rewarded not only with a new outlook on career possibilities, but with the friendships you form and the lifelong connection to our growing, global alumni network.
Whether you're learning with us virtually or you're on campus in Rochester, NY you're an integral part of the Simon community, a community that is small and tight-knit, characterized by a rigorous desire to learn and grow, and where diversity and inclusiveness are cherished.
Every class believes they are entering into a world of unique complexity, and for all of you, it's true. In a post-Coronavirus world, there will be enormous problems that have to be solved and we need business leaders who aren't afraid to make data-based decisions. This next generation of global business leaders is you.
