Meanwhile, design lead oversees the design team, ensuring the timely creation of component sketches, 3D models, and flight simulations to seamlessly transition the rocket from design into manufacturing.

The Vice President and Avionics Systems Lead drive both the operational and technical success of the rocketry club. The Vice President partners with the President to manage timelines and safety while leading the rocket's physical manufacturing. Simultaneously, the Avionics Lead designs the flight controls, telemetry, and onboard electronics. Together, these roles overlap to optimize the rocket's aerodynamic design—including fins, nose cone, and body configuration—ensuring stable and safe flights.

The Secretary is the organizational backbone of the rocketry club. They are responsible for managing internal communications, taking detailed meeting minutes, and maintaining the club's central records. By tracking member attendance, organizing shared documents, and keeping the team informed of critical deadlines and updates, the Secretary ensures the club's day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently.

The Manufacturing Lead turns digital designs into a physical rocket. They review the design team's component model and drawings. Manufacturing lead work directly in the shop to help build and assemble the parts.

The Business & Publications Manager oversees both the financial accountability and public image of the rocketry club. On the financial side, business manager maintain transaction records, manage the budget, and actively reach out to companies to secure funding. On the public-facing side, publication chairs are responsible for overall public engagement, creating creative media, and managing the club’s website and social media presence. This combined role ensures the club is well-funded, financially organized, and highly visible.
