Sofia is our returning Co-Captain this year! Her hard work and dedication last year helped bring RICE to where we are now.
Sofia comes from Russia! She danced ballet throughout her childhood and has been looking to try something new in college, where danced urban/K-pop for the first time with RICE. Her faves are BTS, BP, Red Velvet!

Everyone give it up for Rachel!! She’s one of RICE Crew’s incredible Co-Captains. Rachel is very globe-savvy and has lived in 4 different countries (US, Canada, Germany, and Korea)! Her favorite groups are Stray Kids, Seventeen, and Itzy!

Erika is our returning Business Manager and a beloved senior. Her favorite dance experience was from our Spring Showcase last semester, the energy of the members and crowd made performing so much fun! Her favorite groups are Ateez and Pentagon, and the Ateez Expedition Tour was her first ever concert experience!

Meet Gideon - our social director and a teacher this year! Gideon is responsible for organizing all of our social events. He started his dance experience with RICE last year and loves hiphop and street dance styles. His favorite artists are NCT, IU, and Taeyeon. Keep an eye out for all the fun stuff he’s planning for RICE Crew!
MEDIA ART DIRECTOR

MAJOR: Business and Digital Media Studies
Helena is one of the Media Art Directors and also a super talented teacher! Helena has experience in ballet, jazz, contemporary, and gymnastics. In addition to managing our social media, she also creates RICE Crew’s promotional material and animations. Her favorite groups are NCT Dream, IZ*ONE, Seventeen, Fromis_9, and Red Velvet. The RICE cat is modeled after her cat, Jimmy Stewart!

MAJOR: Information Systems and Digital Media Studies
Fin is our talented Media Art Director and the youngest person within the leadership. His favorite groups are NewJeans and Blackpink, and he’s a huge fan of contemporary and urban dance styles. In addition to designing our brand/logos and managing the social media, he’s also RICE Crew’s primary cinematographer and photographer.

MAJOR: Biochemistry and Political Science
Meet Eureka, our cutest Secretary! You’ll be hearing lots from her in our weekly emails. She did 6 years of classical Chinese dance before RICE Crew and her favorite groups are Seventeen and Wannaone. If you can’t find her, just check California Rollin II or ask for a game of Mahjong.
AUDIO-LIGHTING DIRECTOR

MAJOR: International Relations and Italian
MINOR: AME
Hellen is our master Audio & Lighting Manager, and a teacher. She’s currently studying abroad in Italy but we can’t wait to have her back with us. Her favorite groups are Twice, (G)I-DLE, and Itzy, and she loves girl group dances/hip hop. She has 7 years of ballet training and is also Indulgence’s Co-Captain.
