Meliora Fitness was born out of the desire to promote the benefits of fitness and bodyweight training, and provide students with an effective environment and workouts to get fit.
The objective is to help students achieve their fitness goals, whatever they may be!
The organization is based on weekly fitness classes, which are planned and supervised by one or more experienced trainers, so that exercise can always be carried out correctly and safely.
The classes cover different bodyweight workouts and last an hour. The intensity of the training is suitable for both beginners and more experienced trainees. It is recommended to bring some water, a towel or a mat, and a friend to each session ;)
Besides the training, this organization is also a social opportunity to bring together people passionate about fitness and exchange fitness advice.
