About Us

Meliora Fitness was born out of the desire to promote the benefits of fitness and bodyweight training, and provide students with an effective environment and workouts to get fit.
The goals is to help students achieve their fitness goals, whatever they may be!

The organization is based on weekly fitness classes, which are planned and supervised by a professional, so that exercise can always be carried out correctly and safely.
If you want to meet our founder and first trainer, he is @giodme on instagram.

The classes cover different bodyweight workouts and and last an hour. The intensity of the training is targeted mainly towards beginners, but it also appropriate for people who already have experience with physical exercise.
Since all the training is bodyweight no equipment is needed, but it is recommended to bring a towel or a mat to each session. Besides the training, this organization is also a social opportunity to bring together people passionate about fitness and exchange fitness advice.

We provide a fun, enthusiastic, and friendly environment for bodyweight training and achieving your fitness goals, no matter if you are a beginner or have been working out for years! The workouts are led by our trainers and target all muscle groups. In addition to helping us all stay motivated in pursuing our fitness goals, Meliora Fitness will start leading nutrition workshops for our members.

Trainings

Our workouts are held in the Leibner Cooper Room in the Goergen Athletic Center 
Mondays: 7:30-8:30pm    Fridays: 5:00-6:00pm
