Meliora Fitness was born out of the desire to promote the benefits of fitness and bodyweight training, and provide students with an effective environment and workouts to get fit.
The goals is to help students achieve their fitness goals, whatever they may be!
The organization is based on weekly fitness classes, which are planned and supervised by a professional, so that exercise can always be carried out correctly and safely.

The classes cover different bodyweight workouts and and last an hour. The intensity of the training is targeted mainly towards beginners, but it also appropriate for people who already have experience with physical exercise.
Since all the training is bodyweight no equipment is needed, but it is recommended to bring a towel or a mat to each session. Besides the training, this organization is also a social opportunity to bring together people passionate about fitness and exchange fitness advice.
