While La Fraternidad requires that any potential members be of the male gender expression, La Fraternidad shall not otherwise discriminate against potential members with regard to race, creed, color, ethnicity, sexual orientation, national origin, religion, age, physical or mental ability, veteran status, military obligations, or marital status. Members of La Fraternidad who have been successfully inducted cannot have their membership deactivated, canceled, revoked, or otherwise altered on the grounds of current or future gender identification.
