About Us
U of R's Gallery Curation Committee is a student organization promoting a robust art community on campus through hosting exhibitions of varied media, connecting with artists outside of campus, and promoting general creativity through various artistic activities. GCC often uses the Hartnett Gallery space, which is an on-campus gallery space located in Wilson Commons, to select which professional artists will be featured each semester. GCC is heavily involved in communicating with the artist, selecting their work, planning a reception, and the installation process.
Admission to the gallery, receptions, and presentations is free and the gallery is open to the public.
