GEPA Events

Events hosted by GEPA

The GEPA offices hosts many events for graduate SAS|Hajim students throughout the year. Each event is a great opportunity to network and make connections with others outside of your department. Some of the biggest events include the Graduate Research Day, the Graduate Research Symposium, the Steadman Awards, and the end of semester celebration. The research day and symposium highlight the outstanding research by graduate students across our SAS|Hajim departments. The end of the semester celebration provides a chance for graduate students to celebrate their accomplishments and hard work with food, games, and other festivities.

Graduate Research Day

Research Day features talks by SAS|Hajim graduate students presenting their research and competing for cash prizes. The talks include Q&A time and run throughout the day and culminates in an awards ceremony and networking reception.

Graduate Research Symposium

The Research Symposium features posters presented by SAS|Hajim graduate students showcasing their research and competing for cash prizes. The poster session is followed by an awards ceremony and networking reception.

End of the Semester Celebration

We host an end semester celebration at the end of the fall and spring semesters where graduate students celebrate their hard work with free food, activities, and games. It's a great chance to make connections with others and celebrate the end of the semester!
