About Us

Agape Christian Fellowship (ACF) is a Christian college campus ministry formed by Pastors and brothers Thomas Muratore (or "PT") and Charles Muratore (or "PC") in 1995, serving the campuses of the University of Rochester, Eastman School of Music, and the Rochester Institute of Technology. The name comes from the Greek word ├Ä┬▒├Ä┬│├Ä┬¼├ÅÔé¼├Ä┬À ├óÔé¼┼ôagape├óÔé¼┬Ø which means unconditional love. Here at ACF, we seek to learn more about the Lord and follow after Him.

We are a multi-campus and multi-ethnic group of Christians who love our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Our purpose is to accurately teach God's love and holiness from the Holy Bible, so that we become disciples who share the love of Christ wherever we may go.

There are many ways to get involved in the ministry at ACF:

Large Group

We meet every Friday, either at U of R or RIT campus, from 7:30pm-8:30pm for Large Group. These meetings consist of worship, Scripture lessons, and sermons made by PC, PT, or one of our special guests.  This is a great way to connect with other students in the Rochester area who want to grow in their Christian faith.

If Large Group is held in U of R one Friday night, the following Large Group will be held in RIT Campus. U of R students are picked up at the shuttle stop behind Rush Rees Library to get to RIT campus.

Please contact us if you want more information on pick ups and exact meeting location, once the semester starts.

Small Group

In Small Group, we gather once a week (apart from Large Group) to delve deeper into the Word, in order to further our individual and communal growth in Christ. In these meetings, smaller groups of students spend time reading the Word, sharing their thoughts, and learning the ways that they can grow. These groups are led by upperclassmen students.

U of R and RIT students have their own set of small groups available.

Sunday Service

On Sundays, we attend service together at the Well Church, located at 335 Helendale Rd, Rochester, NY 14609.

Rides are available for students from both campuses!
