Staying on campus for the Winter break? Have you not been truly present this past semester? Want to learn how you can be more mindful? The Office of Summer and Continuing Studies has teamed up with University Health Services to offer an introduction to the Koru Mindfulness Series.

Koru Mindfulness is a 3-4 session course that will teach you the skill of mindfulness. It will also help you build the habit of using it in your life on a regular basis. We’ve found that folks get a lot more out of Koru if they stick with it from beginning to end, therefore this is an introduction of what to expect from the mindfulness series, information on when the sessions will take place next semester, and practicing some simple steps that you can use - should you choose not to sign up for the full series.

Snacks will be provided
