Get Involved - GIM Recap
If you missed our GIM this weekend, don't fret! I've attached the meeting slides as a pdf so you can easily find out what we've got planned for this semester! While I'd encourage everyone to check out the slides for the full picture, I also want to highlight a few items we're trying out this year. Read on to learn about how you can get involved on a committee or as a first-year/sophomore ambassador.
Committees
Join forces with the Professional Development, Outreach, and Social Chairs as a part of a team to plan events, generate ideas, and organize advertising. Contributing to a committee is a great way to get involved in OSA proceedings with a lighter committment than a full e-board position.
Ambassadors
The First-Year and Sophomore Ambassadors will attend weekly e-board meetings, make suggestions and give input about events, and spread the word about upcomming events to their classmates. Ambassadors will also get experiencefor what it's like to be on an eboard--not easily available as a first-year/sophomore in many other organizations.
