FALL SHOWCASE & ART EXHIBITION

As you already know, The Fall Showcase and Art Exhibition will both be held on Saturday, November 2nd, 2019. The Art Exhibition will run from 2 pm - 4 pm at Havens Lounge. The Fall show will take place in May Room from 7 pm. For this year’s Fall Showcase our theme is “Sanaa: Africa through OUR lens”. ‘Sanaa’ being the Swahili word for art or beauty. Both events will be FREE. So please do invite your friends and host families to join us!
If you would like to participate in the show as an individual act please add your name to this form  with your proposed performance idea.
If you have any artifacts/merchandise from back home and will like to sell them at the Art showcase, please include your name and the items you wish to table on this form .
 

AFRICAN TRIVIA

Join us this Friday for our first African Trivia of the year! Come showcase your knowledge of the African continent.
We will also be having a special guest at Friday’s GMM - Nigel Maister. He is Director of the UR International Theatre Program, and has expressed interest in directing the play for Africanza next semester. Nigel will be discussing our plan for this production. All those interested in participating in the play, are especially encouraged to attend.
