Thank You For Making This Year So Special!

Dear Members,

I hope that this newsletter finds you safe and healthy.

I want to personally thank you all for the amazing support you have given us. As founder and president, I could not be more proud of what we achieved in just over a year. This wouldn't have been possible without such a highly effective e-board and without the most energetic and enthusiastic students I had the pleasure to train with.

Sadly, we had to cancel all our events, and I wish I could have said goodbye to you in person. We are looking into ways to continue providing fitness advice and guidance, and we may experiment with some virtual sessions at some point. In the meantime, if you have any feedback or questions please contact us, we would love to hear from you!

On a more inspiring note, let's not let this time of crisis bring us down. Now that classes will be held online we have the opportunity to follow a more flexible schedule, which gives us more time to dedicate to our health and fitness. If you attended regularly I am sure you have experienced great improvements in your strength and endurance, so don't let social distancing and quarantine stop your progress!

For the next few months, we will probably be spending a lot more time indoors and be less active, so it is even more important to continue exercising! Otherwise... I have to be honest, you will not only lose your gains but your energy levels will drop and you will feel lazier.

You learned how to use your body as your own gym, so you can conveniently train in your home or room. Even just 30 minutes a day will make a big difference! Remember, Summer is still coming and we definitely want to be ready for it ;)
