Social distancing and staying home due to COVID-19 have shifted living environments and relationship dynamics. Understandably, some people are facing challenges managing relationships in isolation and in close quarters with roommates, family, significant others, and friends. Active Minds in partnership with the Citrone 33 Foundation, invite you to join us with EMBRACE Pittsburgh and Dr. Carla Chugani, PhD, LPC, to learn practical strategies in embedding effective tenets of dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) into the everyday. Participants can expect to learn DEAR MAN, GIVE and FAST skills which are key to interpersonal effectiveness and managing relationships.
