This form must be submitted within twenty-four (24) hours of an accident.
Accolades and Awards Submission
This form is a way to share exciting news about you, a student organization, or another member of a student organization. Wilson Commons Student Activities will feature the exciting and noteworthy news through their outlets. Some past examples are: On January 20 at Georgetown University, Mock Trial came in fourth out of twenty-four nationally ranked teams, with a record of 6-2. Jonathan Dietz & Hannah Brennan each won Outstanding Witness Awards.

Affiliated organizations whose existence or activities depend upon following gender-exclusive membership policies set by an external governing body, such as a national organization or intercollegiate league, or otherwise believe that gender-exclusive membership policies are warranted must apply for a gender exclusivity waiver.
