Hello URSGAites,This week, we have a board games meeting this Monday in Douglass 403 from 7-11 p.m and a trading card games (TCG) meeting this Thursday in Wilson Commons 121 from 7-11 p.m. This is the off-week for RPG meetings, so no RPG meeting.
If you want to nominate yourself or someone else for an eboard position, please fill out this form; most entries are due this Monday at 11:59 p.m., while entries for RPG chair are due this Tuesday at 11:59 p.m. and entries for TCG chair are due this Thursday at 11:59 p.m. Elections will take place on Monday the 13th at 8 p.m. for most positions, Tuesday the 14th at 8 p.m. for RPG chair, and Thursday the 16th at 8 p.m. for TCG chair.
The Sunday after elections (4/19) from 5:30-11:30 p.m., we will hold URSGA's annual picnic. During the picnic, anyone can make or bring food and play games; we'll also induct next year's eboard members. If you want to bring or make food for the picnic, please add it to this sheet. Despite the name, the picnic is indoors in Douglass 407, the community kitchen.
Are you graduating in May, and want to commemorate your time in the club? URSGA is happy to offer graduation cords to all active members who are graduating this year; fill out this form to get one.
Finally, we'll be voting on what games to buy at the board games meetings this Monday. If you have any last-minute suggestions of games we could buy, fill out this form.
