2) Talk with your Advisor
Review with your organization's advisor what you want to do. Make sure it is something that will appeal to more students than just your organization's members.
3) Submit the Proposal Form
Fill out the form to let us know you are interested!
4) Respond when we reach out
A member of the UR Late Night Committee will reach out to you after you submit the proposal.
We'll cover the cost of ECM and most, if not all, other expenses.
Our graphic design team will design a beautiful flyer and header for the event.

The event will be advertised on our social media.

We'll take care of submiting the flyer to Weekend Highlights, The Report, Campus Screen Savers, Student Life Building Digital Signage, and we'll even hang it up in exclusive display cases.

We'll print the flyers for you, hang them up in our Student Life Buildings and Residence Halls, and you can pick up the extras to hang up elsewhere.
You'll be partnered with a staff member to help you with logistics (ordering supplies, creating diagrams, identifying what building equipment you need).

We will help navigate COVID 19 guidelines and make sure your event is done safely in line will all regulations.

We will send volunteers to help run the event.
