Details

Nuestras Vidas en Paginas is a book festival celebrating Black and Latino literature. We will have lots of fun activities and free goodies. Stations will include a blind date with a book (pick up a free book!), rock painting, papel picado (a Mexican decorative craft), bookmark decorating, free cookies, a photo booth, goodies from the English Department, and a pop-up from local Latinx- and woman-owned bookstore Hipocampo Books. This event is in collaboration with River Campus Libraries, the UR English department, and Hipocampo Books. Made possible by the One Community Grant.
