Mission
Trebellious is an all-gender a cappella group focused on expanding the a cappella community by teaching workshops open to all people at the University of Rochester. Our goal is to provide access to and education about a cappella music to anyone, regardless of experience level, and foster a community focused on the learning and love of music. To do so, we also maintain a teaching group that is audition-based and holds separate rehearsals to be able to provide that musical education to our workshop.

Membership Benefits
For all of our members, the group fosters confidence in musical abilities as well as confidence onstage. Teaching group members of our organization have unique access to providing musical education, to experienced and new musicians and everyone in between. They also have a myriad of performance opportunities, including in competitive settings. Our workshop members become a part of an a cappella group with its rehearsals and performances, without a major time commitment.
