Join us for a wellness workshop where you will learn a gentle practice that supports you in feeling relaxed, energized, and more connected to your body
What is TRE?

Our bodies have a natural built-in shaking reflex that supports us during and after we experience overwhelming situations or ongoing stress.

Often, this natural reflex is interrupted or suppressed and can lead to anxiety, hyper-vigilance, chronic tension, and muscular holding that impacts our pleasure, joy, and connection to others and self.

TRE is seven simple and modifiable exercises that support a gentle building relationship with your body and this shaking reflex. Once learned, it can be used to support and promote personal wellness and nervous system resilience.

Workshop facilitator River Drosera (they/them) , is a local somatic practitioner and embodied pleasure coach. River is a certified TRE practitioner and has been in practice for more than ten years, supporting folks with cultivating confidence and trust with their bodies, pleasure, and relational healing.
