About Title IX and Sexual Misconduct Prevention

Title IX is the federal law that prohibits discrimination based on sex or gender stereotyping including sexual harassment and violence, relationship violence, and stalking in any educational, athletic, or other program or activity of a federally funded school, that jeopardizes a person's equal access to education.
