About Title IX and Sexual Misconduct Prevention

The University of Rochester is committed to creating a safe and supportive environment where all members of our community are treated with dignity and respect and fosters safe, healthy relationships among our students.

Title IX is the federal law that prohibits discrimination based on sex or gender stereotyping including sexual harassment and violence, relationship violence, and stalking in any educational, athletic, or other program or activity of a federally funded school, that jeopardizes a person's equal access to education.

Here you will find all things related to education, training, and events for sexual misconduct prevention.
