About Us

The purpose of Student Activities Board is to provide varied and interesting entertainment for as many members of the University community as possible. These programs shall provide social and cultural events on a regular basis. These programs shall be centered around, but not limited to, Wilson Commons. This group works with students, faculty, staff and alumni in coordinating these events and activities. SAB was founded in 2016, after the merge of CAB (formerly CPB and SPB) and UR Concerts.

Membership

As SAB plans several carnivals, concerts, and activities our general members play a crucial part in the event planning and execution. Members will gather alongside the executive board at General Member Meetings to brainstorm ways to ensure we're delivering the best content to the student body. Members' feedback is helpful in improving our events in the future! Our events are also made possible with the help of members who volunteer at them.
