Details

Led by Karen Osborne in Alumni Relations, this virtual program will share useful tips and information on proper fitness techniques and how to workout safely and properly at home or in the gym. A non-intimidating and open virtual environment for students of all abilities.

This will be an hour session with the first half talking about an overview of proper form and technique, followed by the demonstration of certain movements and exercises. Q & A if time allows at the end
