In recognition of Suicide Awareness Month, Active Minds is hosting an informational panel. Panelists include influential suicide prevention leaders from all over the Rochester community - from both within the University and out.

The main topic of discussion will be "what IS suicide prevention?". How can you get involved? A common misconception is that suicide prevention is just sharing the National Suicide Lifeline with your friends on social media. While that is a GREAT form of prevention, there is so much more that you can do! Come to the panel discussion to learn how you can be involved in the suicide prevention effort in your day-to-day life.
