Co-hosted with the Toronto AES Chapter! Two guest speakers from Shure Incorporated will give presentations and answer questions. The first presenter will be Julie Snyder, Corporate Librarian and Archivist, and she will be presenting on Benjamin Bauer. Bauer was an acoustic engineer who most notably invented the Unidyne Microphone and helped conceptualize beamforming microphone technology. The second speaker will be Jason Cillo, Sr. Acoustical Engineer, who will be discussing recent developments in transducer design and manufacturing.
