Pan-Asian Professionalism Panel

“The Pan-Asian Professionalism Panel,” this panel is the spiritual successor to 2018’s “Bamboo Ceiling Panel,” but with greater emphasis on representing the vast number of communities within Asia; the event’s nomenclature has been amended to reflect this.

The panel consists of a brief background on the overall treatment of the Asian community and its various sub-groups in various professions, then will proceed to discussion and questions for panelists. Questions will focus on panelists’ thoughts and experiences regarding the barriers and struggles that come with being an Asian professional, as well as how this manifests differently for different Asian groups.
