Dr. Floria Mora-Kepfer Uy, research assistant professor at the University of Rochester Department of Biology, will be providing advice and lessons learned along her trajectory as a biologist, immigrant, academic and woman of color. She will also discuss practical strategies for increasing diversity, inclusion and equity in Academia and STEM careers.
