~ Show Contract
Here is the Contract Form. Again, we can only take so many musicians, so it is first-come first-serve. Please do not wait to fill this out, spaces fill up extremely quickly. If you fill out the form past our musician cap for a certain instrument, we will notify you ASAP and update the form. Our caps are non-negotiable, and we must stick by them as per WCSA guidelines. If you miss the musician cap but are in a PC, you will still be able to participate in that PC. However, if you miss the deadline entirely, your PC will be axed. This will close on Sunday 10/26 at 11:59PM.
~ Auditions
Auditions are also due on Sunday 10/26 at 11:59PM, so please get those in if you haven’t yet. As a reminder, you only need to audition once per academic year for each instrument you play. So if you’ve auditioned for the big show, you do not need to send in another audition. If you are unsure if you have sent in a valid audition, reach out. Please submit auditions to njrauditions@gmail.com and tell us in the email or subject what instrument(s) you're auditioning for.
~ Song Suggestions and PC’s
Both the Song Suggestions and PC forms are due Sunday 10/26 at 11:59PM, so please get those in! Again, all members of a PC must fill out the PC form and send in an audition if they haven’t done that yet. We are only accepting the first 5 PCs to have all members fill out the PC, Show Contract forms, and send an audition, so make sure your group has done all 3 of those steps!
