I have heard from many of you that you are nejoying the abs workouts and that you would like to train your core more often.
I agree with you! The abs recover pretty fast compared to other muscle groups, and that's why I always suggest to finish off a workout with a short Abs routine.
I can assure you that as the semester progresses we will increase the workload of each session and introduce new exercises. I have already planned some trainings to really challenge the abdominal muscles throughout the entire workout. So stay tuned for that!
In the meantime, if you wish to train the abs on your own you can check out two bodyweight routines I made. The first one is for beginners while the second one is for an intermediate level.
They don't require any equipment and can be performed in less than 10 minutes!
