The Healing from Within 4-week Mindful University Project series offers practical, research-backed mind-body approaches to managing chronic pain. The program explores Pain Reprocessing Therapy, Emotional Awareness and Expression Therapy, and mindfulness techniques—tools shown to help people rewire how the brain interprets pain and support long-term healing.
The program will be held on Fridays, October 3rd – 24th from 2-3:15 PM online. Please note this is an educational program and is not a substitute for medical treatment.
