We host a variety of fun yoga events throughout the semester.
Recently, we have collaborated with Meliora Fitness and UR Late Night. We even had a de-stress yoga session with President Manglesdorf! Contact an e-board member if you're interested in collaborating with us.
Yoga is what you make of it. We provide a calming, safe environment for all members of the University Community to practice yoga. We encourage all levels of practice. We hope members will bring to our space a positive energy and we hope members will take from our space feelings of centering and grounding.
