Louis Fusilli ’18 (Business)
Senior Analyst Safety Portfolio Management Team, United Airlines


Louis is the Senior Analyst on United's Safety Portfolio Management Team, charged with assessing hazards identified throughout the United global network and providing pilots with data-driven guidance to conduct flights in accordance with our standards. He's a member of the airline's Special Assistance Team, providing on-site relief to those affected by accidents and natural disasters. He's also held a role on the Analytics & Innovation team, using machine learning models to optimize crew scheduling and hiring practices as well as staffing levels for customer teams. Prior to working in aviation, he began his post-college career as an analyst in the world of advertising technology. A Rochester native, Louis spent 2 semesters in Italy while at UR and also served as the Design Chair for the Journal of Undergraduate Research (JUR). He graduated with a BS in Business in 2014 and now lives in Chicago.
