Michael Chavrimootoo ’20, MS21, PhD24 (Computer Science & Political Science)
Researcher in Electoral Attacks and CS Theory, Assistant Professor, Denison University

Michael Chavrimootoo is an Assistant Professor at Denison University and an enthusiastic researcher with publications with professional experience in software/web development, algorithm design, and process optimization. Michael’s research center in AI and TCS, focusing on the intrinsic properties of preference aggregation schemes and established relationships between attacks on those schemes.

While pursing his computer science and political science dual undergraduate degrees at the University of Rochester, Michael was active in the Minority Male Leadership Association (MMLA), Newman Catholic Community, Rochester Africa Business Conference, Kwetu African Entrepreneurship, and served as a RA and Community Assistant.
