Career Exploration Summit 2026

Kickstart your journey with our Inaugural Career Exploration Summit—a conference-style event designed for first- and second-year students! Alumni from the University of Rochester are dedicating their time to return to campus to share their stories with YOU. You’ll hear firsthand from graduates who were once in your shoes—how they found their path, built valuable skills, and made the most of their time at Rochester.

Alumni attending represent a wide range of industries and companies including Merck, Bank of America, StubHub, McKinsey & Co., Microsoft, CBS News, Goldman Sachs, and more!

What you can expect:
- A keynote speaker to kick off the day, followed by alumni-led breakout sessions focused on career journeys, pivots, and lessons learned.
- Brunch at our build-your-own waffle bar during the morning keynote.
- An Experiential Learning Fair with interactive activities to help spark ideas and explore opportunities.
- A dedicated networking session to connect with alumni and fellow students.
