Mission
The University of Rochester's ADITI exists to provide an opportunity to interact and share the history, culture, and experiences of the Indian subcontinent. The purpose of our association is to promote and express the cultural and ethnic diversity of South Asia, which includes the following countries: Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Nepal, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka. Over the course of the year, we showcase the heritage of our cultures through music, dance, and cinematic diversity of the Indian subcontinent culture. We are a diverse, inclusive organization filled with both students wanting to find a home and a way to express their culture as well students who want to learn more about the beauty of both the diverse and shared cultures of the Indian Subcontinent!
