Part 1 will be aimed at exploring definitions, learning common symptoms of burnout, identifying internal and external factors contributing to burnout, and exploring more about the fear of failure and pursuit of perfection as major contributing factors to stress/distress. Part 2 will be the practicum- learning and practicing skills to identify individual signs of burnout and brainstorming ways of making small, but realistic, changes to help students move with their stresses and start enjoying the process of being a person in college.
