In this workshop, we’ll share resources and strategies for supporting yourself and your friends during an experience of intimate partner violence. Though we hope all relationships will be healthy and fulfilling, in this workshop we’ll cover how to handle it when that’s not the case. We will demystify the steps to supporting our friends and finding resources for ourselves when faced with unhealthy relationship patterns and potential violence. If you’ve ever been at a loss for how to support a friend struggling with IPV, this workshop will provide you with tools for the future.
