What simple practices can reduce stress and promote well-being? Can mindfulness really help with chronic pain? How does movement influence mental well-being? How can mindfulness-based practices help individuals recovering from trauma?

Join us on April 11th in Gowen’s Room at 12:30pm for an inspiring discussion on mind-body healing, chronic pain relief, and mindfulness practices. Featuring Dr. Douglas Guiffrida, Dr. Autumn Gallegos, Debra Corea and Rebecca Block, this panel is a must-attend for folks interested in somatic healing, yoga, meditation and trauma-informed mindfulness. Learn how breath, movement, and meditation can transform your well-being, and discover campus resources to support your journey. Don’t miss this chance to explore the mind-body connection with leading professionals—come with questions and leave with new ways to heal! Attendees may also choose to submit questions beforehand to ensure priority.

We can have up to 93 people in the room, so let's cap it at that!
