Professor Davenport and the Yoga II class welcome any and every body to join them on Friday, April 11th. Some Hatha yoga experience is encouraged. On that day, the class will focus on breath, flow, and alignment within a fun Vinyasa Yoga practice. In this course, through the practice of yoga asanas and the study of Sanskrit, we devote ourselves to inner peace, acceptance of self and others, and embodied awareness. Even one class can dissolve stress and re-energize your mind and body. Open to all U of R full-time students and R-club members. Yoga mats and props are available for use. Just bring yourself!
