Join us for The Body Project, a 4-week evidence-based body acceptance program designed to help women challenge unrealistic appearance ideals. Through group discussions and interactive activities, participants will gain valuable insights into developing a healthier body image and self-esteem. This program has been shown to reduce body dissatisfaction and promote body positivity. The sessions dates are April 7th, 14th, 21st and 28th at 5:00-6:00 pm in the UHS 2nd Floor Reifler Room. Participants are encouraged to attend all 4 sessions if possible. Program is free & all students who attend will get a free journal and pen. We hope to see you there!
