Gentle yoga is an opportunity to stretch, relax and breathe deeply. No experience with yoga required to attend, this class will use props and gentle movements to support ourselves through intention. Perfect for anyone looking to move at a slow pace, or to compliment a more athletic practice. Open to all U of R full-time students and R-club members. Yoga mats and props are available for use. Just bring yourself!
