Support your nervous system and cultivate inner calm in this all-levels yoga class. Through gentle movement, intentional breathwork, and mindfulness techniques, you'll build strength, flexibility, and resilience while releasing tension and stress. Open to all U of R full-time students and R-club members. Yoga mats and props are available for use. Just bring yourself!
