Add an intentional break to your week with Purposeful Pauses! Ranging from 5-15 minutes, the sessions are a perfect fit for beginners and busy students. With frequent collaborations with campus groups, Purposeful Pauses can be a great introduction to mindful practices and how they can apply to your interests and passions. The sessions are led by knowledgeable Student Mindfulness Facilitators and offer a perfect chance to ask any questions you may have about mindfulness and meditation. There will be chocolate and candy at each session! If you attend three or more sessions, you can enter into a raffle to win a meditation cushion!

Sessions are led every Monday at 4:30 pm in the Douglass Community Room (Douglass 407). Stay up to date with what sessions will be led each Monday via the Mindful U Instagram at @urmindfuluniversityproject!
