Power Vinyasa combines breath, movement, strength, and flexibility to create a moving meditation. Poses are linked to create a dynamic flow, meant to promote muscle engagement and endurance on the mat. Power Vinyasa is a faster pace class, best suited for those looking for a more athletic yoga class, or who have previous knowledge of yoga postures and/or an established yoga practice. Open to all U of R full-time students and R-club members. Yoga mats and props are available for use. Just bring yourself!
