Details

“Qi” = energy, “gong” = skillful work. This class will offer the skills and philosophies of Qigong, an ancient system that uses the body, mind and breath to improve mental and physical health. The exercises and meditations used in class are gentle but powerful and they are especially effective in addressing depression, anxiety and other mental imbalances. Qigong is also useful and accessible for those living with chronic illnesses with features of pain and fatigue. You will learn practical skills that can be applied to everyday life. The class environment is inclusive and uplifting. Come learn some deep self-care!

Open to all students and R-club members. You can register, and walk-ins are welcome.
